Bret Michaels and his Poison-filled Hard Rock “Parti-Gras” is “Nothing But A Good Time”

Star of the recording studio, stage and TV screen, Bret Michaels’ “Parti-Gras” Tour touched down at the Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana concert hall connected to the casino of the same name, where he delivered an unforgettable performance on a chilly night outside, but a vibrant atmosphere inside.

With a microphone stand adorned with an American flag, the famed Poison front man/solo artist and his band opened the evening with the explosive “Talk Dirty To Me,” getting everyone out of their seats and onto their feet.

They also treated the crowd to a classic cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama,” which featured Michaels adding some flavorful beats on the bongos.

Bret MichaelsAdditional songs included such familiar favorites as “Fallen Angel,” “Look What The Cat Dragged In” and “Unskinny Bop,” each providing the perfect time capsule to his multi-platinum past.

Before concluding the show, Michaels shared that he had been in talks with all the original members of Poison about a potential reunion tour.

He followed this exciting announcement with a heartfelt rendition of the ballad “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” during which the audience enthusiastically sang along.

The performance wrapped up with the anthem “Nothing But A Good Time,” summing up the essence of a throughly enjoyable night at the Hard Rock by a man who certainly lived up to his promise of a party.Bret Michaels
