Hot on the heels of a surprise headlining slot at Coachella, a fully reunited Blink-182 filled up all of the United Center for a pair of pop/punk overviews that spanned the band’s breakthrough album “Dude Ranch,” which just turned 25, through the brand new track “EDGING,” picking up precisely where everyone left off.
